Work process, the cooling medium (soft water, oil or other liquid) driven by the main circulation pump in heat exchanger and need between circulating cooling equipment, spray evenly sprayed on the heat exchanger, water in the heat exchanger surface form a uniform water film, cold air from the tower body at the bottom of the air inlet into the tower, and the spray water flow through the surface of the heat exchanger, there are two types of heat transfer in the process, That is, the heat conduction between the cold air and the cooling medium and the heat exchange of the spray water evaporation and heat absorption, the saturated hot and wet air after heat absorption is discharged to the atmosphere by the fan, and the rest of the spray water flows into the tank under the tower body, and then transported to the spray system by the pump. In this way, the cooling medium in the heat exchanger is cooled and cooled.
Enclosed cooling towers have two modes of operation. Air-cooled, air-cooled + spray. The switching of the two modes is carried out automatically by the electronic control system according to the requirements of the working conditions, so as to realize energy saving and consumption reduction.
